The Snow Bowl flag football tournament is played over three days with teams split up by their appropriate divisions. Teams are allowed up to 15 players and all players on game day must be 18 years of age or older. Each team is guaranteed three games played on the field at MetLife Stadium. Food is provided for all players.

Prior to registering your team, please read the division information below to make sure you register your team for the appropriate division. We want to make sure everyone enjoys themselves and we try to set up the tournament schedule with teams playing against similarly skilled teams.

If a division is labelled FULL then it currently has enough teams, but you can still contact us at dp@sonj.org to find out what options exist.
